Quite titillated by the aesthetics of pâtisseries of all kinds, I researched established desserts and made a nearly exhaustive illustrated list of them. For the moment I've had to leave out vennoiseries (bread products), confiseries (candy), chocolate products, and local/seasonal desserts, but I would like to deal with them in their own time...
